BOOTCAMP FITNESS

Bootcamp fitness is outdoor exercise which mixes periods of very vigorous activity with short rest breaks, and so is considered a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). The focus of the DS Training and Fitness boot camp workouts are to train and improve all of the fitness components aerobic fitness, speed, strength, flexibility, mental robustness, motivation and weight loss.

Each workout is structured and progressive using an excellent variety of bodyweight exercises with some equipment to make the training enjoyable, challenging and above all fun. Its outside so we can benefit from the healthy fresh air, vitamin D and get one with nature.

How Fit Do I need to Be?

Bootcamp fitness is suitable for all levels of fitness and for both males and females. We aim to tailor the training at each persons individual fitness level giving appropriate regressions and progressions throughout the workout. At the end of the day we pride ourselves on being a group that supports each other and the main aim is getting healthy and ‘all round’ fit in a motivational and fun environment. Every week you will work hard and over the weeks you will feel stronger, fitter, faster, more flexible and gain that feel good factor.

Who Will Train Us?
